Information you give us. When you use our Request Your Town form or email us, we collect what you enter, such as your name, email address, town, state and any message you include.

Order information. When you place an order, you provide details needed to complete it, such as your name, shipping address, email and payment information.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site and our service providers may collect basic technical information such as your browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location from your IP address, using cookies and similar technologies.

How we use information

• To respond to your requests and messages.
• To process, produce, ship and support your orders.
• To send you updates you asked for, such as when shirts for your town are ready. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails.
• To run, secure and improve the Site.
• To comply with the law.

We only email you about Water Tower & Main if you gave us your email for that purpose.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, for example:

• Printful, which produces and ships orders (see Printful’s privacy policy at printful.com/policies/privacy).
• Our website, form and email platform, which hosts the Site and stores form submissions.
• Payment processors and shipping carriers, as needed to complete your order.
• Authorities, when required by law.

Your choices and rights

• Email: unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in it, or email us.
• Access, correction, deletion: you can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@cross-automotive.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
• Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Data retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
