Products and orders

• All products are made to order. Production starts after you place your order.
• Product images are representations. Colors and print placement may vary slightly from what you see on your screen, and sizes may be approximate. Check the sizing info on each product page before ordering.
• Prices, product availability and shipping costs are shown at checkout and may change at any time before you order.
• We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a pricing error occurs. If we cancel a paid order, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method.
• Once an order is placed and in production, it may not be possible to change or cancel it.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping, delivery estimates, returns and refunds are covered by our Shipping & Returns policy, which is part of these Terms.

Intellectual property

All designs, text, logos and other content on the Site, including the Water Tower & Main name and marks, belong to Cross Automotive Royale, LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or sell them without our written permission. Town names are used to describe the place a design celebrates.

Using the Site

Don’t misuse the Site: no unlawful use, no attempts to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to it, and no scraping that harms its operation.

Requests and messages

When you send us a town request or message, you agree we may use it to respond to you and to decide which towns and designs to make. We don’t promise to make any requested town or design.

Disclaimers

The Site and products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent allowed by law. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Site or a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
